About Keith Riggs
I’m Keith Riggs, a photographer based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
My love of photography evolved after the birth of my two sons, Conner and Luke. I was — and continue to be — completely enamored of everything they do. I took pictures of them sleeping, eating, playing, laughing and crying. I found that I was always trying to capture the moments that were not standard “photo opportunities,” but illustrated our evolving life as a family and their unique and developing personalities.
My wife, Michelle, and I began framing and hanging these unique and beautiful photographs around our house and friends began asking who the photographer was. Before I knew it, I was taking pictures of their babies, their families, their neighborhood gatherings and was capturing life’s little moments.
The decision to start a business out of this part-time hobby stemmed from my love of people, children and my desire to provide a service to others that would leave them with a personal memento that would be a part of their lives. I look forward to the many people, faces and lives that I will have the opportunity to work with.
